BROASTEDD is a broasted chicken kitchen in Silchar, in the Cachar district of Assam.

Broasting means the chicken is marinated, coated by hand and then cooked in a pressure fryer. The pressure cooks it fast and evenly, so the outside turns crisp while the meat inside stays juicy.
